This house was perfect! You literally take three steps off the property and you are on the entrance to the beach walkway. Directly across the street. It was very clean inside and out. They provided plenty of chairs and an umbrella and the cornhole boards were very nice and can be used at the beach as well. Water pressure was great.. appliances are new.. AC blows as cold as you want it an keeps up even with all the in and out traffic..Downstairs area is relaxing and very accomodating. I really can't say enough good things about the property and the host. 5 stars all around!

After vacationing in the area for over 10 years, this has been our favorite house. We loved that the beach was not as crowded, and you could find your own spot at any time of the day. We appreciated having comfortable beach chairs, a beach wagon and 2 boogie boards to use while there. The enclosed outdoor shower was nice to rinse off in after the beach to prevent tracking a bunch of sand into the house. The built in bar, seating area and bags game underneath the house were to fun to use each evening. The house looked just like it does in the pictures. It was clean, had all the amenities needed, and the beds were very comfortable. You can tell the hosts take a lot of pride in the property and want you to have an enjoyable stay. We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit.

This place was wonderful! We booked it for a family beach vacation and it did not disappoint! We ended up with 8 adults and one infant (Rosanne even had a pack-n-play and high chair already there) so the 4 bedroom 4 bath was ideal. There was plenty of private space, but the open kitchen and living room gave us lots of social space too. The house was super clean and the large deck and under house area was very cozy. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you need for cooking and dining in. This place was even stocked with high quality beach chairs and a beach wagon. As for location, the house might as well be beach front. I've stayed in beach front properties with a longer walk to the beach. Keep in mind Fort Morgan is NOT commercialized (which is what my family was looking for) and the closest concentrated area of stores and restaurants are 20-30 minutes away. This also means the beach at this house is not crowded! We highly recommend this property!

Amazing house steps away from the beach. The underneath area was amazing for after the beach and entertaining. The beach was amazing and not over crowded. The neighborhood was quiet, you can see and hear the ocean from the front porch. 7 of us stayed very comfortably. From ages 72-2. Everyone loved it! Would absolutely go back!

The home is beautiful and modern lyrics equipped. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms make wonderful use of the space, and you can see the ocean while sitting on the covered deck, relaxing in the living room, or even working in the kitchen. Would love to stay again.

This beach house was perfect for our family. The house was spacious and clean. The kids loved the downstairs hangout area. The location was even better than my expectations. It was quiet and peaceful. Even our dog loved the beach. This host knows what they’re doing. This was money well spent.

This property had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. Great view of the ocean, and very clean, comfortable house. The area underneath the house with hammocks, a sitting area, and outdoor shower were also really nice. We relaxed in the hammocks for a while just listening to the ocean, very relaxing! We didn't have any issues and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! It had everything we needed (though we didn’t see any seasonings, so bring your own just in case). The beach is literally right across the street, and the house came stocked with chairs, toys, and even a cart to make beach days super easy. It’s also close to Tacky Jacks, and Dollar General is just a quick drive away. We loved exploring Fort Morgan, and catching the ferry to Dauphin Island for lunch was a fun bonus. Great location, and Doug and Rose were incredibly attentive. I highly recommend!
