This was our second year staying at this house, and per usual, we had a fabulous time. It accommodated our large group very well. We had a concern and voiced it to our hosts, and they were responsive and sent someone over to take a look right away. The house is always clean and cozy! We enjoyed watching the Olympics on TV and cooking meals in the large kitchen! I think everyone is looking forward to next year already.

Doug and Rosanne have a beautiful home and our stay was a blast! They are very attentive hosts that make a clear effort to ensure you enjoy your stay. Would absolutely recommend this place for a group of friends looking to have a fun trip in Vermont!

Perfect place for a last minute birthday weekend! Everything was clean, comfortable and the hosts were wonderful a responded quickly to any questions! Hot tub and quiet location were a plus! Will definitely rent again!

Absolutely loved it! Was beautiful inside and out! Very peaceful. The hosts were very nice and communicated perfectly. Very friendly! I would recommend them and their house 100 times! Will definitely be looking into going back!

Very clean and lots of space. Plenty of linens and towels for a large crowd but I would recommend brining a blanket or two for stays in colder months. Very communicative hosts with lots of well laid out instruction.

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect we couldn’t have had a better time if we tried! Loved watching the groomers at night as well, very happy with our experience!

A wonderful location away from crowds. Watching dolphins and sunsets, and walks along the beach were highlights. Nice escape from the extreme cold weather in January. Some days were cooler than average but the house had great spaces for our family of seven. Wonderful views of the Gulf for our special-needs son who could spend time watching videos and doing crafts. Well supplied beach chairs and toys. I was able to bring a small fire hearth which we enjoyed at the beach watching the sun set.

This was our second year taking a Sunday River family ski trip, both years we stayed at Rosanne’s properties, and both years were great! The house is great and fit our 12 person group comfortably!

Couldn’t recommend this home more! The beautiful gulf views and constant wildlife sightings absolutely made this spot. Plus you are at the beach in less than a minute and my toddlers couldn’t get enough of the mini golf course. We will no doubt be returning!

Our stay was a dream! The home is exactly as described and fit two families perfectly. The location is idyllic. The new hot tub and downstairs outdoor space is a huge bonus. We are already making plans to stay here again.
